Emesis gravidarum is common in the first trimester due to hormonal changes. Lemon aromatherapy is a non-pharmacological intervention with a relaxing effect that may help relieve nausea. This study aimed to analyze the effect of lemon aromatherapy on emesis gravidarum among first-trimester pregnant women at TPMB Zahira. A pre-experimental design using a one-group pre-test and post-test approach was applied. The study population, which served as the sample, included all first-trimester pregnant women visiting TPMB Zahira (n = 31). Data were collected using the lemon aromatherapy Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and the Pregnancy-Unique Quantification of Emesis and Nausea (PUQE-24) scale. The Wilcoxon test showed a p-value of 0.000 (α = 0.05). Because the p-value was less than α, H0 was rejected and H1 accepted, indicating a significant effect of lemon aromatherapy on emesis gravidarum. Therefore, the intervention is effective in reducing emesis levels and can be considered a safe non-pharmacological alternative for pregnant women
