The principles of correct anesthetic drug administration constitute a crucial guideline that anesthesia nursing students must understand to prevent medication errors and enhance patient safety. This study aimed to determine the impact of digital media and interactive demonstrations on students' knowledge regarding these principles. A quantitative, quasi-experimental design employing a pre-test and post-test approach across two groups was utilized. The study sample consisted of 70 students from the Applied Bachelor of Anesthesia Nursing program. Data analysis was performed using the Wilcoxon and Mann-Whitney tests. The results indicated an increase in students' knowledge levels following the intervention in both groups (p<0.05). The interactive demonstration group demonstrated a greater increase in knowledge compared to the digital media group. The study concludes that while both digital media and interactive demonstrations are effective in improving students' knowledge of correct anesthetic drug administration principles, interactive demonstrations are more effective than digital media.
